This session will continue building strength and conditioning for your runner. We will meet on Wednesday evenings from 7:15-8:15 near the SPCC and utilize the local parks and the B+A Trail for our runs and workouts.
Each week we will work on our running form, getting a little faster, and finding new and fun ways to integrate fitness. We will talk about important parts of wellness like nutrition, rest, safety, and mindset. And, whenever we have time at the end, we will play an active game to close!
